Table not cleaned after customers left, we arrived late, and were subjected to a swarm of flies while eating, very unpleasant.... The hygiene of the tables and benches needs to be reviewed.

We arrived just after a downpour. We had to insist quite a bit before the staff came to wipe down a wet table outside. And the result was so poor that I ended up using paper towels to dry it. Yet there were very few people in the restaurant.

Positive points: - Good service and a warm welcome. - Coloring books are available for children, which is a nice touch. Areas for improvement: During our visit, we were disappointed to find that there were no toys available with the children's menu; only a book was offered. My children were disappointed, as we were expecting the usual selection. Following my visit and a request to be contacted, the restaurant manager contacted me personally the next day. I appreciated his responsiveness, his attentiveness, and the gesture of goodwill he offered to compensate for this inconvenience. This demonstrates a genuine desire to satisfy customers and take their feedback into consideration. Despite this disappointment during our visit, I commend this initiative and thank the team for their efforts in finding a solution.
