Disastrous click and collect order.
I had to go inside after 20 minutes to find out what was going on. At that point, I was told my order hadn't been validated because they were all new. I then had to wait another 40 minutes for the order, which I had to go inside to collect myself, even though they were supposed to bring it to my vehicle. No compensation offered, and the staff member was completely unfriendly. I tried contacting them to report what happened and was brushed off.
Avoid at all costs.
Honestly, it's the best McDonald's!
I've been there 5 or 6 times now, and what struck me most about this McDonald's in Gourdan-Polignan is the atmosphere among the staff: you can feel a great sense of camaraderie and positive energy that directly affects the customers.
Another very important point (even if it's a difficult aspect to control):
Unlike some other McDonald's with a less-than-ideal clientele, the customers here are really decent and respectful. It's a pleasant place to be; the atmosphere is wholesome and enjoyable.
As a big fan of sugar and fat, I'll definitely be back.
