I'm the annoying customer.
The restaurant closes at 10:30 PM. I arrive at 10:20 PM.
And yet, we were greeted at the drive-thru with the biggest smiles.
I had the impression that the Nuggets came from chickens freshly gutted that morning and the fries from a vegetable garden, even from inside the McDonald's. The same goes for the Lipton tea; it was so good I didn't even get the impression it was watered down. The Deluxe sauce? Don't even get me started. The herbs looked like they'd been cut that very morning. Anyway, I didn't see the inside of the McDonald's, but as far as the drive-thru is concerned, I'd give it 5 stars.

Absolutely fantastic team! I placed my order just before closing time, and yet the quality was impeccable, far better than at other restaurants of the same type. The burger and fries were served piping hot, and the sandwich was perfectly prepared (nothing was sticking out, everything was clean and neat).
A huge thank you to the team for taking my order, especially since it was the last restaurant still open when we arrived in the area.
As a regular McDonald's customer, I've observed several positive aspects: the managers are professional, and the restaurant is well-established. The negative aspect I don't quite understand is the staff's lack of motivation. There are very few smiles (they seem jaded). Perhaps their pay is insufficient for what they're doing!
