The meal was good (it's still McDonald's).
The only downside was a foul smell in the children's area; it was impossible to eat there, which is a shame when you have children.
Ordering at the drive-thru, something's always missing. The Coke from the drive-thru is never fizzy, so I take advantage of this oversight to ask for a replacement drink, but from the vending machine in the restaurant, not the one at the drive-thru.
