03/12/2024: I ate at the hotel restaurant, it was very good, but when it came to service, the 2 young waitresses were lost and they didn't know what they were selling, it was a shame when I asked what it was made of. a sauce with an allergy, she just told me that she didn't know... they went back and forth a lot, passed in front of me I tried a smile to make it clear that I wanted to move on in the end I I left.. no smile in return nothing, one would say that they are drunk to be there, it's really a shame because the food is excellent... that the boss trains his employees...

02/11/2024: Heard a lot of talk, stop for a lunch break, the setting is so-so, we were expecting something more “cozy”. Big disappointment with the pastries which are very ordinary. There are other much better places in Toulouse.
