McDonald's sur Toulouse

A classic McDonald's, the decor is nice. As for the dining area... I arrived at 5:30 PM and the trash hadn't been emptied; there was garbage everywhere, it was really unpleasant with the smell... Otherwise, the staff is friendly, thankfully.

Finally, a restaurant that offers many advantages... first and foremost, the ability to pay with CONNECT holiday vouchers. It was the first to update its payment methods. The staff is incredibly welcoming. The burger, exceptionally, didn't arrive in a "loose" mess... it was perfectly made! The cappuccino I exchanged for my loyalty points was properly filled. In short... I thought I was dreaming. But no, this restaurant meets the highest standards of quality and service! Well done, keep up the good work.

A McDonald's is a McDonald's, and that's why we go there. I'm surprised by the bad reviews because I placed my order, and it was served very quickly. Everything was there, it was hot, and the person was very friendly... When I see all the photos of the restrooms, you have to put things into perspective. If you go after a rush, it's somewhat normal (considering we're close to the shopping center and the hospital...). So I'd prefer they focus more on the food. And you should also see the clientele who come to eat there: three different tables, people eat and leave, leaving their trays and trash on the tables... 👍 You can take a picture of that too, but the problem comes from the "customers," certainly not the employees who aren't paid to spend their time cleaning up after inconsiderate people... One plus that sets it apart from other McDonald's is the comfort of the chairs and booths; it's really great. In any case, I have no complaints. Well done to this McDonald's!

Very slow service on the terrace, 1 hour wait for 2 ice creams and 2 drinks only to have to go to the counter to collect the order.

Absolutely delightful. Very efficient, I'm surprised this restaurant doesn't have more positive reviews. Only unhappy people are disappointed and then leave an unkind review.

It takes 15-20 minutes for someone to bring the click and collect order to the car even though it's ready.
