The drive-through is really not fast....

Often the drive-thru service is good, with few oversights, though sometimes the wait is too long. Special mention to Antoine, who was there last night, a handsome man with dark hair and blue eyes, who was a great host at the drive-thru, unlike many others who seemed reluctant to come.

McDonald's is very good and I like it a lot

Despite the speed and pressure you can imagine in fast-food restaurants, the team in Civrieux (which isn't the case in all McDonald's) is very professional, helpful, attentive, and pleasant. In particular, a young, dark-haired man with light (blue?) eyes is incredibly efficient and always smiling—it's so refreshing! I don't understand this outpouring of negative and even nasty reviews. Well, it's true that prices have gone up, but I was going to say that's the case everywhere, unfortunately... And regarding the cleanliness of the place, nothing shocked me, but in any case, it's up to the customers to respect both the dining area and the restrooms—the bare minimum, really! People are just filthy and ill-mannered, that's all. We've been about ten times already, with or without our children, and we've never had any problems. We'll definitely be back!
