McDonald's sur La Valette-Du-Var

Not too long a wait for my order, as the fast food place was quite busy. The place was clean, including the restrooms, which is rare. Friendly staff

I went in this evening to order takeout. I ordered a Happy Meal, but it was missing the small apples. I only noticed this once I got home. However, I called them, and they told me to come back. I went back, and the manager gave me my missing dessert and offered me a discount. Thank you so much for your professionalism. I recommend them.

I went there today, Sunday, January 11th. Jimmy took my order, a very pleasant man. We were then served by Mathilde, who was also very pleasant and smiling. It was a real pleasure.

This place is very unsafe, with ableist customers, and it's getting worse: ableist customers, children who come onto our benches and the parents say nothing, children who scream, and customers sometimes sitting at our table before we've even left. If we tell them it's impolite, we get threatened and insulted, and if we're disabled, we're told, "All the more reason to leave." It's impossible to file a complaint without the person's name. I was even escorted out surreptitiously by one of the managers (he took advantage of a conversation to lead me out without me noticing). Disabled people are not welcome in this McDonald's. I've been going there for years, and the clientele has changed drastically (for the worse). McDonald's France has been informed of what happened.

I waited at the checkout for 10 minutes asking for an ice cream I had bought, which was never given to me. All the staff walked right past me without saying a word. I left without my ice cream, and my son's Happy Meal didn't include the toy or book I'd ordered.

The experience was decent but inconsistent. The restaurant is well-located and easily accessible, with ample parking. Orders are processed quickly using the self-service kiosks, which is a plus. However, the quality of service varies considerably. Some days, orders arrive complete, hot, and well-prepared; other times, items are missing or the fries are already lukewarm. The wait at the drive-thru can also be a bit long during peak hours. The dining area is generally clean, but some tables are left uncleaned for a while when it's busy. In short, a decent McDonald's for a quick meal, but the experience could be more consistent. A little more regularity would really make a difference.
