The food preparers... weren't wearing gloves or hairnets. I have to admit, after seeing the woman preparing the burger after scratching her hair...it's a bit much.

27/01/2026: This was our first visit to this restaurant. At first glance, it doesn't look like much. We didn't find the concept of a "couscous bar," but rather service directly from the pot to the plate. We ordered takeout. The owner was very pleasant and chatted with us while we waited. Verdict: excellent couscous, generously served. We thoroughly enjoyed it! We will gladly return.
14/12/2025: They're very good and very clean; I highly recommend them. The managers are lovely.
