This McDonald's is good, the meals are hot but the drives take priority... I waited around 25 minutes for 2 Mcsmarts

The order was quick, the restaurant is clean

When the staff is friendly you have to know how to say it!!! The woman ordering and paying at the drive-thru this evening was crazy friendly! It’s nice to be well received! 👌🏻

MC DONALD'S TALENCE (And not Blanquefort as indicated) Mac Do is Mac Do! Pleasant setting. well located. Friendly welcome. Attention : -often "forgotten"..either a fries or a dessert is missing... several times... now I check. When you notice it at home it's too late! -sometimes there are not all the desserts on the menu or the sandwiches (especially the new ones)....ex: recently I asked for the 2 euro offer and I was told "there are none" .. too bad... that's what I came for.... -also sometimes pay attention to the presentation of the burgers....sometimes the sauce and salad overflow everywhere, the steak is "thrown" across the bread....good...not great.... -finally when you are asked "no ice cubes" please do not add ice cubes... Stay attentive to your customers.... even during rush periods... taste is important but so is presentation! (eating an unpresentable burger is not pleasant). You will answer me that my comments will help you improve but allow me to tell you that this does not change anything in reality since I have been passing this information on for a long time... and this information does not seem to reach the preparation agents. order... too bad. No hard feelings Mac Do. I'll go to Burger King! (i'm kidding). See you soon despite everything....since when you're addicted...you come back! Phil 👍

I have been coming to this McDonald's for over 4 years, and I have never had the slightest problem. But today (01/04), I placed an order around 6:50 p.m., there were 3 of us waiting in the restaurant, the wait was quite long, but it was once I got home that I noticed that I only had 3 nuggets instead of the 4 ordered, the creamy sauce was transformed into curry sauce (it's a shame, I hate curry), the fries didn't have the usual taste, and ice cubes appeared as if by magic in my ice tea. Fortunately the CBO did not disappoint me. I come here out of habit and because it's the closest restaurant to my house, too bad next time I'll go a little further

To be honest before we went there more often but it became too expensive for 4, so now when we go there it's a real pleasure we appreciate it even more! Small downside on the wait which can sometimes reach 45 minutes at the drive-thru or at the checkout.
