Convenient location near the tram for visiting Bordeaux. Spacious and clean family room. We enjoyed the rather pleasant spa. Secure parking. The only slight drawback was the lack of variety at breakfast, particularly in terms of savory options, although the sweet selection was plentiful. Overall, a successful stay.

I would like to thank the staff of the Les Criquets hotel restaurant for their professionalism, warm welcome, excellent lunch, very pleasant room for a couple and three children, and the excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. Well done! I highly recommend it.

We had a very pleasant stay during our trip to the region. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were welcoming and helpful, always smiling. We also appreciated the peace and quiet and the relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent from beginning to end. A lovely place where you feel right at home.

We had a wonderful stay! We booked the spa access and breakfast, which was delicious and plentiful. The host was very accommodating! Everything was spotless, I highly recommend it.

A very nice hotel with welcoming staff. Thank you for the small rum tasting (especially the chili one). However, I find the breakfast price excessive as it offers no added value compared to the many hotels I visit in my professional life throughout the year.

My favorite hotel in the Bordeaux region. Always a warm welcome. Service that's very responsive to requests. A very well-maintained establishment. Isabelle is as lovely as ever.

A very pleasant experience at this hotel, which was very welcoming. The restaurant was excellent with very friendly service. The spa was very nice and the rooms were comfortable. In short, we highly recommend it :-)

22/06/2026: Just what we like... It would be nice if the fries weren't served in two batches...that would prevent food waste if there's too much...and keep them warm... For me, the salad is excellent...so I'd quite like it...😄

10/07/2026: We had a wonderful evening at the "Côté Jardin" restaurant. The decor was lovely, the welcome very pleasant, and the cuisine excellent and original. The service and staff were impeccable—dynamic and smiling! We'll definitely be back!
