Service, cleaning, kitchen—it seemed that during my visit it was an all-female team, and I sincerely congratulate them. I was served in a clean environment, with a smile, and they were very accommodating. They even replaced a product after I made a mistake (I ordered a McFlurry KitKat ball and hadn't noticed it was the white chocolate one). A real pleasure!

The order was perfect, the staff were pleasant. We all know it's not easy working in fast food, but I'd especially like to give five stars to Marine, one of the employees in Saumur, because she was very professional and responsive after an oversight with the previous order. So thank you, Marine! 😉👍 I placed another order today, September 16, 2026, and I was kindly served by Jennyfer, another very friendly and professional employee. So thank you, ladies!

Large McDonald's and all the surrounding shops, good food, and especially the TV inside.
