I went through the drive-thru at around 1:45 AM. The service was fantastic; the staff were very kind, smiling, and polite! I'd had a bit of a rough day, and they really cheered me up!

McDonald's is clean and you know what to expect when you go there.
The food isn't amazing but it's still comforting.
The service is decent and the food arrives hot.
I have no complaints.

25 minutes to prepare an order that wasn't even the correct one I ordered...
Edit 11/2025: It's faster now, but the person who served me was incredibly disrespectful...
Edit 01/2026: Getting better and better... My 10-year-old daughter had to go get the tray after 25 minutes...
Edit 09/2026: The order took a long time to arrive, but the cheeseburgers were fresh and good... Keep up the good work...
On the other hand, the new app at the kiosks is way too complicated.

It's perfect for children; they're happy. However, the prices have gone up quite a bit for food that isn't great. If your kids have big appetites, it's better to go to a restaurant; it won't cost you any more. The McDonald's in Bourgoin is very cold and unpleasant. Plus, they weren't very nice; they refused to exchange two Happy Meals (two identical pounds) when there were others in the display case.
Otherwise, it's nice and well laid out.

Not a great experience this Sunday, August 23rd, at 11:00 PM: they forgot to bring us the drinks with our meal, so we had to rejoin the short queue to ask for them (the staff were clearly busy with the drive-thru...). Our burger was served cold because it must have been sitting on a counter somewhere :(
!!!!! A constant ringing near the register was a constant background noise; it was unpleasant and annoying!!!!

We visited the restaurant on August 15th at noon. It was quite busy, but despite that, the service was fairly quick and the portions were generous. We were well served, which isn't always the case in some McDonald's restaurants.
