McDonald's is quite clean, and the staff is welcoming. The new kiosks aren't great; not all prices are displayed, and you don't know the cost of the meal you select. Something needs to be done, please! Everyone has the right to know if they're choosing a €6, €10, or €15 meal...

Hi. I like it, I think the food is decent, but I advise you to check your order before leaving the drive-thru. Something's often missing. Today it was a sundae I paid for myself, but they forgot it. Ugh. I don't have the energy to go back. I've never been to KFC.

I just went through the drive-thru and it was absolutely fantastic. Anaïs served me and was incredibly kind, smiling, and pleasant. She's the kind of person who makes you want to come back. Thank you!

Kudos to the young manager, petite and brunette with curly hair, I think. We ordered from the drive-thru and witnessed her being disrespected by a customer while she was speaking politely and trying to resolve an issue. The man wouldn't listen, despite the disrespect she received. She remained calm throughout. It was very impressive; well done to her. Our order was hot, and the service from her colleague was excellent—well done! I felt I had to share what impressed my girlfriend and me. We'll definitely be back.
