McDonald's sur Brumath

The team is exceptional, but the guy doing the diving on Sunday night was even better. In short, an essential rural McDonald's

Excellent service and a very clean place! I really appreciated the children's play area. My children had a great time and had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and the service was quick and efficient. A very nice experience overall. Thank you so much!

Always a nice spot for a quick bite, a coffee break, or dessert :) The staff and managers are friendly. Just let them know about any mistakes or needs, and they'll make it happen 🤗 Special mention for the annual Easter egg hunt and the regular activities for younger children! They really take good care of the kids :) We had a great time with my daughter 🥰 Let's not forget the McDonald's Foundation, which supports families of sick children by allowing them to be closer to their loved ones. The ice cream is delicious and well-served.

Excellent service, top-notch, perfect!!

A gentleman who really brought the party to life; we were very happy with his energy.

What a great find this McDonald's in Brumath was! ❤️ I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. Everything was spotless and well-organized, and even with lots of customers, the restaurant remained very well-maintained. What I especially loved was the atmosphere and the welcome. You can immediately tell that they genuinely care about their customers. Despite the busy times and the rush, the staff remained smiling, polite, and professional. That's quite rare and worth mentioning! The owner is also very present, and it shows. He greets people with a smile, takes the time to chat, and has a great way of creating a warm atmosphere. The little touches for the children, like giving them candy, are really appreciated. 🍬😊 It almost feels like a small, family-run restaurant rather than a big chain. That's probably what impressed me the most. And as for the food, honestly… wow! 🤤 Having been a regular at McDonald's in Morocco, I found the offerings here to be quite different. Much more variety, items we don't have back home, and above all, it was absolutely delicious! 🍔🍟 I highly recommend this restaurant if you're ever in Brumath or the Strasbourg area. A friendly team, a very clean restaurant, a great atmosphere, and food that's definitely worth the trip. It's wonderful to see that a restaurant can still have this warm and welcoming feel. Well done to the whole team! 👏🏼❤️

Honestly, we were pleasantly surprised by the service and especially by the staff's efforts. Throughout our visit, we saw them doing their best to keep the place clean and welcoming. However, once we were seated, we could clearly see that some customers were making their job difficult: trash left on tables or the floor, restrooms left in a truly disrespectful state, etc. We regularly saw employees going back to clean up after customers. I therefore think it's important not to judge the cleanliness of a place too quickly without seeing all the work that goes into it. The staff were constantly cleaning and tidying up. A little more respect and consideration from some customers would certainly make a big difference. Kudos to the team for their efforts and patience. 👏

I've dined at McDonald's and many other fast-food restaurants around the world, including in Canada, the United States, North Africa, and Asia, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional quality of this establishment. The restaurant is remarkably clean, the service is impeccable, and the food is, without a doubt, the best I've ever experienced at McDonald's. What also surprised me enormously was the impressive variety of the menu. Compared to all the McDonald's I've tried in Canada, the United States, North Africa, and Asia, the selection here is simply incredible. I was extremely surprised! But what impressed me most was the staff. Every single person we dealt with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, smiling, and attentive. You can really tell they are dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience. I'm giving it 5/5 because that's the maximum score allowed, but honestly, if I could, I'd give it 10/5! 😂 If only all McDonald's in the world could be like this one! A truly exceptional experience. Well done to the whole team! 👏

Honestly, what a wonderful surprise! I absolutely had to leave a review because this McDonald's truly deserves to be highlighted. First of all, the restaurant is impeccably clean. It's so nice to see such a well-maintained place, right down to the smallest details. But above all, I was impressed by the professionalism and attitude of the entire team. Even on a Wednesday, when it was incredibly busy and under a lot of pressure, the employees remained smiling, calm, and professional. It's really different from many other McDonald's we've visited here. And I'd really like to thank Aurélie, who took care of my daughter when she fell. She took the time to look after her, give her first aid, put on a bandage, and most importantly, reassure her. ❤️ A huge thank you also to the owner, Ioanis, who took the time to calm her down with jokes and candy. 🥹🍬 It's exactly these kinds of little touches that make all the difference. You really feel a very family-oriented atmosphere at this McDonald's. The owner himself was there serving, always with a big smile, approachable with his employees and customers. You can tell he cares about his restaurant and the experience of those who come to eat there. And let's talk about the food! 😍 Absolutely delicious! Being from Canada, I can honestly say that McDonald's here is nothing like the ones back home. The choices are much more varied and, above all, it's truly delicious. I'd even say that our "combo combos" in Canada are nothing like what you find here! In short, if you're in the Brumath or Strasbourg area, you absolutely must make a stop here! Very clean restaurant, professional staff, warm welcome, lots of choices, and excellent food. And above all, thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience, but especially to Aurélie and Ioanis for their kindness to my daughter. ❤️ A McDonald's that truly has a family feel. Well done! 👏🏼🍔🍟
