I'm not used to fast food, but I accompanied my grandchildren and received a very warm welcome and helpful guidance from the staff, who were very kind and attentive in helping me take our order. The sandwiches were good and the fries were hot; my grandchildren loved them! And even better was being able to play in the play area and take home balloons. Thank you again for a lovely meal. Best McDonald's in Alsace!! Served in 5 minutes! My daughter received a free candy while they were taking her order! During the meal, they even gave her coloring pages and crayons! All the staff were smiling and friendly. Absolutely fantastic!

We had a wonderful time at this McDonald's. The service was impeccable: a welcoming, friendly, and very professional team. Our order was prepared quickly and everything was piping hot. Only occasionally. Relatively quick if it's not too crowded. We enjoyed the time in the air-conditioned room. We were disappointed that pineapple was no longer available for dessert.
