We stopped by on November 30th in the early evening. Our order arrived quickly. There was a problem with the burger (the bun was too dry), but it was exchanged immediately. The person who served us was polite and friendly. There were no overflowing bins or dirty dishes, contrary to what some other reviews have mentioned.
