I can understand the influx of people. But the very least you could do is dedicate some of your staff to cleaning the tables and chairs, which are practically crystal clear after every use. I'm a truck driver, so I regularly pass through this rest area. And every time, the tables are filthy, the benches covered in grease. I used to stop there to eat. Now I don't even bother.

I've never had such impeccable service. The lady who served me was more friendly than I've ever seen in other (real) restaurants. Smiling, welcoming, quick, and warm.

An incredible experience with Marie-Hélène and the rest of the staff. The welcome was unlike anything I've ever seen at McDonald's. Keep up the great work! Thank you.

Such a welcome is unheard of at McDonald's! Marie Helene came to see us, clearly delighted to be at work! It's so rare! Thank you and congratulations to the team and managers!

I recommend going before lunchtime because otherwise the motorway rest area is packed. Very crowded.

Bouquet Restauration

12/09/2026: A large motorway service area on the A9 near Villetelle in southern France, serving southbound traffic toward Spain. It takes its name from nearby Ambrussum, an ancient settlement and important stopping point along the Roman Via Domitia.
11/09/2026: A very nice area with a wide choice of shops and well-maintained, shaded picnic areas. The toilets are also clean.
