I was pleasantly surprised by the service time, which was more than adequate. Working in fast food myself, I wanted to mention this: despite the 1 p.m. rush, we received our order in under 10 minutes. Well, unfortunately, the Happy Meal toy was missing, but it was for an adult, so it's all good 😄. There was also a small mistake: my burger was served beef when I had ordered the chicken one from the McDeal menu. Apart from that, everything was great. I should also mention that the fries were piping hot and properly salted, which is always a plus. However, a quick note to the franchisee or manager: for the sake of your team, please buy a new receipt printer for counter service! It looks like the machine is ten years old. During my visit, I noticed it malfunctioned regularly, which can waste precious time during busy periods. Well done to the whole team and best of luck to you. Don't take the remarks or comments of some customers too personally: they don't know what working in fast food is like, and even less so what it's like for a kitchen team in the middle of a rush during a heatwave.

Very pleasant in this heat with the air conditioning, friendly staff, lots of young people whom I found very nice.

I'm going to go against the grain of most of the comments. It's a McDonald's. Nothing more, nothing less. The staff are very friendly (no matter the time of day...), and the food is standard for the group. Yes, we've had mistakes with our orders before... Well, we went to the counter and told the staff. And you know what? Magic! They remade it or gave us the right item, no need to complain in a Google review. We'll keep coming back!

I rarely leave reviews, but I'm doing so here because I've seen quite a few negative comments, and my experience was completely different. I went to the McDonald's in Saint-Herblain three times between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m., and each time I was very satisfied. The orders were piping hot, tasty, and served properly. Honestly, for late-night visits, the service was quick and efficient every time. 👍
