The customers are not very respectful of the cleanliness of the premises. We found it very dirty around the bins.

I'm giving 5 stars solely for Charlie, not for the establishment. The dining room was dirty, the bins were overflowing, and the tables were in very poor condition. Despite a one-hour wait and a few mistakes with our order, Charlie demonstrated great professionalism and was very attentive. He was the only one we saw handling the service and managing the dining room. Well done and thank you to him for his dedication! 👏🏻

The product order was fine, but the children's menu was missing the fruit compote pouch.
The toilets were a major problem. They were very salty, and people were urinating on the floor. I know this is due to inconsiderate customers, but a solution needs to be found. There's only one men's toilet, no urinal; perhaps this needs to be improved. I also see children going in barefoot and then trampling around in the play area.

What to say about fast food? In general it is mediocre, and not healthy at all. But, sometimes you are condemned to it. And they know, that is the business plan.

There are always sandwiches missing, sauces are always missing, or there are order errors.
The staff gets confused in front of customers; it's disorganized. Yet the prices are still just as high.

Quick, hot, and efficient!
I went to McDonald's today: the service was incredibly fast. The burgers were perfectly assembled, the fries crispy, and most importantly, my order was complete (which is worth mentioning!). The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. A reliable choice for a stress-free lunch break.
