06/07/2026: I'm quite disappointed with my visit to this McDonald's. The welcome was adequate, but nothing special. I got the impression the staff were overwhelmed, which affected the service. The wait was relatively long, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. Once my order arrived, several things disappointed me. The fries were lukewarm and lacked crispness. The burger seemed to have been prepared some time ago: the bun was slightly squashed, the ingredients weren't evenly distributed, and the whole thing lacked freshness. The dining area also needs better maintenance. Some tables hadn't been cleaned, and there was still trash on the floor. This isn't very pleasant when you want to eat in. The value for money is becoming difficult to justify. Prices have increased in recent years, but the quality doesn't seem to have kept pace. For the price paid, one expects a better-prepared meal and more efficient service. I would like to emphasize that the staff remained polite throughout my visit. My feedback mainly concerns the organization, the quality of the food served, and the wait time. I hope these comments will be taken into account to improve the customer experience. Unfortunately, I cannot say I was satisfied with my visit today, and I will think twice before returning.

28/06/2026: First, we had to walk all around McDonald's to find a clean table; given the number of people in the restaurant, this is unacceptable. Furthermore, we came in for an ice cream, and when it arrived, it was ALREADY melted. The service was abysmal.
