The restaurant wasn't very busy, yet the service took forever. In my opinion, the organization and management of staff positions needs to be reviewed.

Well, McDonald's is McDonald's... But it's the first time they've offered me a glass of water while I wait for my order. And they checked it before I left. And gave me a little extra sauce too. Nice one, Anne Catherine! 😁 Thank you!
