I wanted to thank Anne Catherine for her warm welcome and helpfulness.
A minor issue with the kitchen: it was difficult to make ourselves understood when we wanted explanations about why items listed on the online ordering system were unavailable. Was there a supply problem? For example, a chicken Caesar salad was ordered but replaced with a green salad and breaded fish without prior notice. The same thing happened with the children's menu desserts, which were ordered with pineapple pieces but were automatically replaced with apple pieces. Finally, a gourmet coffee was advertised with a raspberry macaron but was only available with a doughnut... The restrooms were clean.

Well, I'm surprised by the ratings! For me, it's a great McDonald's: friendly service, smiles, speed, relatively clean, no kids hanging around making a mess. Those bad reviews suggest you go to the McDonald's in Caluire instead, you won't be disappointed!

However, the fries and burger were cold, which was a real shame!

Anne Catherine has excellent interpersonal skills.
She even goes so far as to ask every customer she encounters while they wait if they are being served.
I'm a shopkeeper, and seeing this level and quality of service is remarkable. It's hard to say the same about the staff at the counter.
