Great experience at the McDonald's in Longuenesse! 🍔🍟 Our order was served quickly, the food was delicious, and above all, the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and truly professional. I'd like to give a special mention to an employee whose name I unfortunately don't know: she had her hair pulled back and wore glasses. She was particularly attentive, smiling, and professional. It's really refreshing to see people so dedicated to their work. 👏 Fast service, a friendly team, and a very good experience overall. We complained about our burger not being cooked to our satisfaction, and the waitress was very professional. We received a new hamburger, and as a token of our appreciation, we were offered an ice cream as compensation for the wait and a delayed meal. Well done for your professionalism. Thank you!
