I'm a very loyal McDonald's customer. I eat there a lot, and the service and food are consistently excellent. The McDeal menus are really good, and I don't understand so many bad reviews.

The team is great, no complaints except for one girl who started yelling while we were at the till talking to one of her colleagues. I find it really inappropriate to say, "Well, yeah, but I've called five times already." Not very professional. We didn't force her to work in customer service.

I've rarely been served so quickly at McDonald's, and the staff were incredibly helpful (big shout-out to Tom and Tristan for their kindness). The food is pretty much the same as any other McDonald's. We were served hot. There are a lot of negative reviews, but you have to acknowledge when things are good, and this was very good, thank you.

Excellent service. The staff are very friendly. But one question bothers me... Why do the staff wear hairnets, beard covers, and are impeccably dressed, while the manager (judging by his shirt) wears neither a beard cover nor a hairnet? I've worked in fast food long enough to say that this is unacceptable.

A very warm welcome, quick service, we were served almost immediately upon arrival, a pleasant moment to share, and the staff were available despite the crowd. One waiter was a feast for the eyes ✨️

31/05/2026: I came to the restaurant, but as soon as I was greeted, I saw crossed toes, which immediately put me off my food. Another man, barefoot in front of the reception desk, also made me wonder about the quality of the meal. The food was good, except for the tiramisu, which was actually ice cream. The woman should be asked to cover her feet.

27/04/2026: I really need to replace my card machine; it's falling apart, it wastes time at checkout, and makes people have to start over three times. It's unacceptable, and then the customers complain, as always, about the staff. I'm not happy.
