McDonald's sur Goussainville

Honestly, I'm going to fast food restaurants like McDonald's and Quick less and less, where the human connection is sorely lacking. We, the customers, are nothing more than numbers, and it's incredibly unpleasant. We rarely get a greeting where someone looks us in the eye, so it's not great. But the rare times I go to the McDonald's in Gouss and I run into Loïc at the drive-thru, I'm delighted. He NEVER forgets anything in the order; we get exactly what we paid for, unlike other places where, once we get home, we realize a fry is missing, or that we ordered Oasis and were served Coke, etc. This young man absolutely deserves to be a manager. I'm surprised that talented people aren't valued more. He deserves better because he stands out. He would benefit from offering his services elsewhere. Clearly, a restaurateur worthy of the name would appreciate his qualities and skills. He gets straight to the point, works quickly and flawlessly. I never need to check my order when it's him because he's a true professional. @Loïc, if you're reading this, don't bury yourself there if you're not going to grow!! You deserve better and can go further. Absolutely.

I want to thank a woman with gray hair, a beautiful smile, and gentle hands. I was feeling unwell, and she noticed it very quickly. She brought me some sugar and made sure I could walk on my own. My team (10 men) was there and didn't notice anything, but she spotted her at a glance. Kind, gentle, and thoughtful—a truly caring woman. Thank you, madam, for your humanity. 🙏🏽

Top-notch, efficient, and fast night team! Thank you for existing ❤️

The McDonald's in Goussainville is very clean (rare). Nice children's play area…

Overall, the service is quick and efficient, with a welcoming team. Orders are generally fulfilled accurately, and the food arrives hot, whether dining in or using the drive-thru. The restaurant and dining area are well-maintained. There are occasional minor drawbacks during peak hours regarding wait times or the quantity of fries/sauces, but it remains a very good option for a quick meal in the area.

I'm not happy with the manager from Monday, August 10th. He's spoken to me rudely in front of everyone several times now; it's a real lack of respect. Frankly, if he disrespects me again next time, things will go much worse.

I went to McDonald's and I was delighted. Axel, Rogeli, Lina, Mariam, Ashley, Kélya were fantastic!

Hello 😊 The staff is very helpful. The food is hot and prepared on time. The cleaning system is also very efficient.

Be careful at the McDonald's entrance. Pothole. It's been there for over a week. I hope someone takes care of it quickly. Thanks

I'm a very loyal customer and I come almost every night. I love McDonald's; it's become a real habit for me! My only complaint is the lack of air conditioning. With the crowds it sometimes gets, it must be very difficult for the staff to work in these conditions, and it's not always pleasant for the customers either. I hope a solution will be found for everyone's comfort. Despite this, I remain a loyal and satisfied customer. 😊
