I'm not happy with the manager from Monday, August 10th. He's spoken to me rudely in front of everyone several times now; it's a real lack of respect. Frankly, if he disrespects me again next time, things will go much worse.

I'm a very loyal customer and I come almost every night. I love McDonald's; it's become a real habit for me!
My only complaint is the lack of air conditioning. With the crowds it sometimes gets, it must be very difficult for the staff to work in these conditions, and it's not always pleasant for the customers either.
I hope a solution will be found for everyone's comfort. Despite this, I remain a loyal and satisfied customer. 😊

With my daughter today, the establishment was very clean, the service was quick, and the staff were charming.
I'm usually a demanding person, but the welcome was truly wonderful.
So much so that I asked for the names of the people who served me.
So a big thank you to Swan, Deeya, and Iren, who were all smiling and friendly.
My daughter had a great time in the children's area, which was new and clean.
I highly recommend it.

The service was super slow , It took 25 minutes to get a take away menu. Staff speaks english and there was a super kind person at the counter
