McDonald's sur Saint-Doulchard

As a loyal customer of the restaurant in Saint-Doulchard, I can only observe its decline. Here, twice in less than a month... missing items in the takeaway bags... no sauces or very, very few... and when we ask for them, we practically have to give them a hard time. On the other hand, when dining in one afternoon, we got everything... several sauces without even asking and 15 napkins (I counted them) for one person. And tonight, four set menus (Best of, Maxi Best of, and desserts + extra fries) and five sauces were missing and zero napkins... zero apologies, and it's considered normal for the customer to ask for the sauces (which are normally included) and the napkins were forgotten... The food is still decent, but still... With children's menus starting at 4 euros and behavior like this, Burger King, which is less than three minutes old, will end up being financially better, and orders are always full.

I was served by an employee named Ines who was very helpful, smiling, and also very kind. I highly recommend her.
