The restrooms were unclean, the restaurant floor was very slippery, and the women's toilet didn't close properly, which didn't exactly provide privacy.

Nothing special about the food or service, but cleanliness needs improvement. A sundae was spilled in the middle of the room; I reported it, but the staff did nothing.

So, first of all, I've always been delighted with McDonald's, no complaints there, but this time I ordered a 280 rösti sandwich and surprise... NO rösti!! ... Great, that makes the meal expensive, and I wanted to try the new thing, oh well... Disappointed...

Positive points: fast service, good quality, and hot food.
Negative points: the cleanliness of the tables leaves much to be desired, the men's restroom doesn't have a door that closes, so you can relieve yourself and be disturbed, and the portion of fries is extremely small.
This McDonald's is therefore a good place if you're not too concerned about cleanliness.

For once no one forgets, but they give you your ice cream 6 minutes before giving you the rest, knowing that you have to take into account the return journey. Your ice cream melts and you are obliged, of course, to put it in the freezer, but the cold chain is therefore not respected.

I pointed out that the men's toilets didn't lock, and someone replied, "Yes, that's normal, it's broken, so I'm not worried. No one cares that the toilets don't lock."

Honestly, a great experience with McDonald's 👌
We had a problem with Uber Eats: the delivery driver didn't pick up the order on time, and things were looking bad… So, I called the restaurant directly, and they were absolutely fantastic 🙌
They were incredibly responsive and even took another order specifically to make sure it arrived hot. Excellent customer service, a professional and understanding team 👍
It's great to see restaurants that really step up when there's a problem. Thanks again!

The welcome at the counter was very good, but the burger was cold, the coffee tasteless, the "gourmet coffee" wasn't worth it, and the waitress seemed bored. The sundae pictured had chocolate sauce, but there was no chocolate at all when we were at the table.
