I ordered four whole wheat loaves and two sliced ​​loaves, and when I left, I found I had one less loaf, which can happen. However, I went back in and said one was missing, and the cashier immediately told me she'd forgotten to charge me for an extra whole wheat loaf. I asked her to show me the receipt, and she seemed genuinely upset, even though we should be given a receipt every time to avoid misunderstandings. Indeed, I was right on the receipt; there were four whole wheat loaves and only one sliced ​​loaf, which they added. Then she was very unpleasant during my visit, speaking in a curt tone, all because she realized her mistake, which is understandable. I'd like to remind everyone that asking for a receipt is a customer's right.
