Good morning, Not knowing how to contact customer service (if there is one), I contact here. How should we go about recovering loyalty points used on a product that was ultimately not given to us? Last night we ordered at the drive-thru, taking the jar of BigMac sauce with my loyalty points. After waiting at the counter and in a hurry not to be in the way, we thought about checking if there was all the food but not this item. And no luck, he wasn't there. But the points were still deducted? Thank you for your potential response.

The new products are not bad (except the ice in the coke)… but the maintenance in the toilets remains to be seen..

Friendly atmosphere. Very good organization. It's just the toilet, not great, big leak at the sink. But I still liked it.

First time in this restaurant at lunchtime and unlike that of Saint Sylvain, in Aprillé the order is respected. Clean room and welcoming team. I recommand it

Stopped in for my usual Big Mac. Tastes the same as in the US, the special sauce didn’t change. However, the bun was softer and more moist than the ones in the US. The way the sandwich was built is the same, crooked. Service was great. The major disappointment was that the Big Mac was not as hot as the US.
