Very clean and spacious. Great design. The menu was good. I wasn't a huge fan, but I would go back. That was a while ago. Now the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. I stayed there for two hours while waiting for my husband, and I didn't see a single broom, cloth, or damp cloth to clean the tables 😱😱 It's a pigsty

A few weeks ago I would have given it 5 stars, but I fear a decline in standards, so I'm letting you know that it's time to get back on track! On my last visit, there were no beers offered on the menus, neither in 25cl nor 33cl bottles, "because we don't have any at the moment" (thanks for this invaluable explanation). Customer recycling is back, which I was glad had disappeared, but as usual where it's practiced, the bins are overflowing and things are left loose. This is certainly not very cost-effective in terms of the time your staff spends compared to the previous system of collected trays. It discourages respectful customers when they have to walk behind KSOS (a type of waste container), not to mention that it's a complete disaster for the environment, with the municipal waste collection service probably having to put everything in the general waste bin due to the mixing of different types of waste. The service in the dining room was still fairly quick, but not as fast as before (to be fair, it used to be exceptional; I was often served as soon as I sat down!). I also noticed the absence of music for about 10 minutes when I arrived, then it started playing at an excessively loud volume. Your hard-of-hearing colleague seemed completely indifferent to the well-being of the few customers there in the early afternoon. In short, I was a regular customer and still am for now, but you need to take action if you want to keep your regular clientele.

I'm giving one star for the service because I arrived at 9:00 AM, right when they opened, but I was told nothing was ready for service. For me, who only had time to eat there between 9:00 and 9:30 AM, that was a no-go. You should update your opening hours if your service isn't available at 9:00 AM.

Not the full menu available, but when a fast food restaurant is this well-run, it deserves a mention! Fast and impeccable service, never any mistakes with orders, probably the best-run McDonald's in Metz.

As a loyal customer of the Boulevard de Trèves location for the past four years, I'm surprised to see the wait times get so much longer lately. The staff seems distressed and has lost its smile. What's going on?

After waiting too long in Woippy, I went to the McDonald's on Boulevard de Trèves where the staff were very friendly and efficient: I was able to place my order and be served without waiting in 5 minutes. I recommend this restaurant.

I went to the McDonald's on Boulevard de Trèves on Wednesday, November 5th at 12:10 PM and it was absolutely perfect. The restaurant was clean, not too busy yet, but the service was outstanding! I barely had time to pay and decide where to sit before my tray was already there! And while I was eating, I watched, and honestly, they were amazing! The order preparation and service were incredibly fast! Plus, they were very friendly!

We came to eat there. Spacious and clean place. The staff was friendly. Very short wait, fast service. The food was good and hot. I recommend it.

Has the Big Mac sauce changed!!!? For at least 4 weeks. Liquid, strange... The Big Mac is served in the dining room as if it had been prepared hours in advance. The Big Mac isn't hot, not lukewarm, but almost cold. The salad is "cooked" (almost absent and limp). The Big Mac is really not well assembled; nothing is in place. The cheese is placed haphazardly. Everything is "moving around" in a paper that's too tightly wrapped. The Big Mac is absolutely not consistent with a McDonald's Big Mac. These aren't the only flaws noted. I've noticed that priority for hot food is reserved for the drive-thru (yes, strangely. It's hot there). For hot food, do you have to buy takeout, then park and go in the dining room? (Only solution for the time being)... Very simple and pleasant McDonald's restaurant. Not noisy. No children (no children's playground 👍). Quiet McDonald's restaurant. Very enjoyable. The long-time staff are very friendly, pleasant, and cheerful. It's always a pleasure! The restrooms are really dirty (the limescale is encrusted). It's a bit rundown, and there's a lack of cleanliness everywhere. It's to be avoided, even for washing your hands. Hand sanitizer and/or disinfectant are completely absent from a restaurant where it's customary to eat with your hands.
