Few customers but very, very slow service; the ice cream had melted by the time it was brought to them.

Often very friendly, but if we are put on hold, there are issues with the order.

A little unexpected event led me to stop at the McDonald's in Longwy-Haut to surprise my son, because he'd been so good. And what a surprise it was when we got home! I knew there had been some changes, but wow! It's sleek and modern, the colors are pleasant, the play area is clean, and the restaurant itself is spotless. The floor isn't slippery, and most importantly, your feet don't stick, which is worth mentioning. The tables and chairs are spotless and comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We were served by a young woman, Manue, who was absolutely lovely: really pleasant, always smiling, very sweet... my son adored her. It's clean and uncluttered, the colors are pleasant, the play area is clean, and the restaurant itself is spotless. The floor isn't slippery, and most importantly, your feet don't stick, which is worth mentioning. The tables and chairs are spotless and comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We were served by a young woman named Manue, who was absolutely lovely: truly delightful, always smiling, and very gentle… my son adored her.

The size of the triple cheeses is really tiny

Several times I've ordered from this McDonald's, and each time items are missing (sauces, fries, this time it's a whole Happy Meal that's missing), or there are mistakes in the order... Especially at the drive-thru... The fries are cold, and the burgers are even worse... If they can't properly handle an order for 4 or 7 people with 3 preparers, they might as well close down! And on top of that, the order preparers have the nerve to tell you, "Remember to leave a positive review on Google"... Give me a break... I'm going to get the missing meal first thing tomorrow morning, and that will be the last time we go. As for hygiene, we saw these 3 preparers (a brunette woman with very long hair in a ponytail and two boys, one brunette and one blond with fairly long hair) without hairnets. One of the boys was cleaning the floors and then touched our order right after without washing his hands again. SHAMEFUL!

I want to highlight the cleanliness of the Longwy restaurant and the friendliness of the staff! I highly recommend it, and the management is very professional.
