It's important to report things when they're not going well, but also when they are. For example, a cheeseburger was missing from my last order, so I reported it.
They replied that they would make a note of it, and 15 days later I received it.

The restaurant was filthy, as evidenced by numerous photos. Furthermore, the service was incredibly slow, taking over 20 minutes. My daughter ordered ice cream and had to pay extra for it. For the prices they charge, it's outrageous. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered on June 4, 2026, for delivery.
The product arrived damaged; the drink had spilled in the bag, so there was no drink left. I called to request a replacement, as my order was correct, but received no compensation. Very disappointed.

A cleaning of the tables and the outdoor floor every morning before opening would be appreciated.
I've been there several times at lunchtime and it's very dirty. The tables aren't cleaned, and the floor is even worse.
I understand that you close late in the evening, but please, in the morning, have a team clean the outside.

Food lovely as usual. Nice to try different burgers to what we get back in the UK. Love the reusable stuff dining in. Wish the UK did this. It makes sense
