Fast service Very friendly staff Pleasant

Arriving during peak tourist season, we expected a long wait, but we were served in barely fifteen minutes. A very pleasant surprise! The automatic door is a real plus: no need to touch it, which is convenient and much appreciated. We ordered at the kiosks, and then our table was served by a very energetic, friendly, and efficient young employee. The menus matched our order, the sandwiches were well-prepared, hot, and at the perfect temperature. A smooth experience from start to finish. One small drawback, however: several tables could use more frequent cleaning, especially during busy periods. On the other hand, the restrooms were spotless, which is rare enough to be worth mentioning. Overall, a very good experience. Well done to the whole team!

No ice in either soda, both at 30 degrees Celsius and non-carbonated. Otherwise, all good.

I recently ate at this McDonald's and my experience was quite satisfactory. Unfortunately, the dining area wasn't very clean when I visited: some tables hadn't been cleared, and the space could use a bit more attention in terms of cleaning. This is something that could be improved to make the experience more pleasant. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The employees were polite, smiling, and available to answer questions. Despite the crowds, the order was prepared quickly, and the service remained efficient. The food I received matched the order, was served hot, and was of good quality. The burgers were good, the fries were crispy, and the drinks were cold. The wait time was also reasonable. Overall, even though the cleanliness of the dining area leaves something to be desired, the friendliness of the staff and the speed of service make up for this negative point. With more attention paid to maintaining the dining area, the experience would be even better. I will still come back because of the quality of service and the friendliness of the team.
