Honestly, well done to the whole team! 👏 I think there's been a slight change in staff, and it makes all the difference. There's a real improvement. Even when I'm ordering takeout, I'm noticing far fewer mistakes, the fries are finally piping hot, and the orders are better prepared. It's great to see such a change, and they're all smiling too! Keep it up, it's fantastic! 🍟😊

Air-conditioned, with a terrace and bicycle parking, the milkshake café is a great choice in hot weather.

We came on the evening of July 2nd. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The fries were hot and salty, and the Sunday order was more than generous—it was a real treat, which is why we pay. It had been a long time since I'd eaten at McDonald's in such excellent conditions! Well done, McDonald's team!

I'm giving 5 stars today for the staff and customer service. Due to a major order error at the drive-thru (I ordered and paid for two Filet-O-Fish sandwiches, but received steak sandwiches instead, which is problematic given my religious beliefs), I had to drive back to the restaurant before closing time.
I was quite annoyed when I arrived, but I was greeted by Adem. His attitude was exemplary:
calm, polite, extremely kind, and apologetic for the food mix-up. He immediately defused the situation with great respect. Thank you to him for setting things right with such kindness. A true gem on the team!
