We always have a wonderful time as a family at McDonald's Lobau. The service is impeccable and the staff are incredibly kind, especially to children. A huge thank you to the team member who took the time to play 'barista' with my daughter. She left with a huge smile and the desire to work for you someday! It's this kind of thoughtful touch that makes all the difference. See you soon!

We ate very well, which is the main thing, thankfully. However, it's very unpleasant to walk in and find five employees at the counter staring at our group with personal, unprofessional thoughts (please keep it that way). Then another person comes along and overwhelms their colleague who was just doing her job, asking us to leave a Google review so they can get a Ligue 1 bag they're negotiating with their boss—which, by the way, doesn't concern me (and who, on top of that, promises something in return that will never materialize—"we misunderstood each other"—I got that perfectly). Thanks to Yonah for her good humor, which makes up for the rest of the team and their dubious looks.
