As for the food, it's still McDonald's, we know what that's like. But Prescillia and Elea were absolutely lovely, firstly because they agreed to serve us at 11:00 PM sharp, and secondly because we were even able to choose our Spiderman figurines so we wouldn't get duplicates. For a McDonald's and for a fast food restaurant, that's clearly excellent customer service. Thanks again!

The team at Lobau was amazing! The manager was incredibly friendly and enthusiastically agreed to let me celebrate my 30th birthday (yes, really!) at this McDonald's. Despite a long day, the whole team remained cheerful, the orders were prepared and served very quickly, and they even took the time to add some decorations and give me a few little extras! So a huge thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome, their skills, and their good humor. You all contributed greatly to making this birthday truly memorable!
