I was very surprised when I went into this McDonald's because the reviews weren't generally great. To my surprise, the staff was welcoming and the place was well-maintained (I arrived at the end of service, around 2 pm). The food I ordered arrived on time and was freshly made. My parents' salads were also fresh.

A huge thank you to Luna for her kindness, friendliness, and helpfulness. Our order arrived quickly and without any problems. Luna was there from beginning to end with her radiant face and winning smile; the experience was delightful. I highly recommend this McDonald's.

The food is the usual good standard however, the service isn't the best. The staff isn't very welcoming and don't often check vaccine passes. We were the first customers in and the some tables had crumbs on them. Other tables had hairs on. The changing table is really way too high, it's a good thing I'm a bit taller than the average person. The tap and soap dispenser were not working in the accessible toilet. It's not great during a pandemic. It makes you wonder if regular cleaning isn't done on the visible areas, what happens in the kitchen.

I came in this evening to buy a burger and a Happy Meal using my points. The first time, after receiving my burger, I didn't get my Happy Meal because there was a problem with the kiosk, so I had to order again. After ordering another Happy Meal with my points, I waited 15 minutes and the book was forgotten. This has happened several times now, with items missing from my orders. It's a shame this keeps happening.

25/04/2026: Hello, we made a wonderful discovery! A place to start with a drink, and after a warm welcome, we were charmed by the simple menu... We ordered two dishes to share. The service, the quantity, and the presentation of the dishes were impeccable, and the food was delicious. A lovely, clean place where the customer is truly valued. Quite rare these days! Professionals worthy of the name, living up to their slogan: here everything is homemade, with love and passion. Sir/Madam, please don't change a thing... it's perfect! Thank you and see you very soon.
11/04/2026: Our first visit to this restaurant and we were delighted! The welcome was warm and very pleasant from the moment we arrived. The meal was also excellent, with flavorful and beautifully presented dishes. A wonderful discovery that we highly recommend. We will gladly return!
