McDonald's sur Lescar

The team seems to be getting along well at the registers; the fries are overflowing from the container, my sandwich is dripping with sauce, and the manager is kindly assigning tasks to his new recruits, with a gentle hand on their shoulder. It's nice to see that there are still caring managers out there. June 30th, 1:30 PM 😊😊🙏 This feeling is palpable on the other side.

At 2:15 PM, I don't know what happened. A 40-minute wait, and the manager in his blue shirt was very rude and unpleasant. I feel sorry for the staff; the floor must be thrilled, they're dropping everything.

The entire team gave our small group, who were there to celebrate my mother's 100th birthday, a wonderful welcome. She was delighted with the attention she received. Thank you all!

15-minute wait, empty restaurant... burger was practically cold

I come here very often to work with my laptop. I really appreciate the fact that there are power outlets all over the restaurant and the pretty decent Wi-Fi connection. The service is always fast, and they rarely miss anything in our orders, which is rare in McDonald's these days. The staff is always helpful and friendly. It's an environment I really enjoy, and that's undoubtedly largely thanks to the staff. My only complaint is that they don't offer any hot milk-based drinks, such as hot chocolate or lattes.

Incredibly good, quick and efficient for a break

I wanted to share my experience to highlight the friendliness and dedication of the staff. As a long-time customer of this McDonald's near my home, I've never had a single complaint about their professionalism. There was one instance where something was missing from my order, but it was rectified immediately, and I was even compensated. Nobody's perfect, and mistakes happen. Having been to other restaurants where you barely get a greeting, I can at least commend them for doing everything they can to satisfy their customers, and with a smile! Well done to the team, and keep up the good work!

The staff are friendly, but when it comes to preparing takeout orders, either something is missing or they put something else in its place. The burgers are often squashed at the bottom of the bag, which doesn't make them very appetizing. In short, I gave them yet another chance, but I won't be going back to this McDonald's. It's a shame because it's not far from my house.

McDonald's on the go. It was freezing cold and raining. We really needed to fill our stomachs and stop for a bit on the way back to the hotel after exploring Pau. The food is always good. The place looked a little messy, I'm not sure how to explain it. The bathrooms could be cleaner. But it was great!
