I ordered from a lovely lady named "Alya," a young woman of immense kindness. I highly recommend her. I suggest you give her a raise because, honestly, it's surprising to encounter people like her at McDonald's. It's a real change from most of the staff, who are quite bitter or even unpleasant!

We had some trouble with the Uber Eats delivery driver; the wrong order arrived, and he gave us a hard time, but the McDonald's manager handled the situation very well. She remade our order so it was hot and even offered us free ice cream, even though the mistake wasn't theirs. A pleasant and professional manager.
