A 20-minute wait at the drive-thru; a concept meant to be quicker turned into an endless wait.
The fries were soggy, making you wonder if they're even checked for quality. No sauces were offered, which would have been helpful given their condition.
The burger was cold.
The drinks didn't have ice, even though no one mentioned removing it.
The ice cream size was wrong, and the McPops flavors were incorrect (two speculoos and one chocolate hazelnut instead of one speculoos, one hazelnut, and one chocolate hazelnut).
And finally, the employees weren't wearing hairnets (tying their hair back doesn't guarantee hygiene). A deplorable service; truly disappointed.
I ordered through the drive-thru and I want to thank the people who served me. I asked for my meal to be piping hot, and I received it. They were so friendly and polite, which was lovely.
