Le Syfax

31/03/2026: Syfax was a huge part of my youth, with its American vibe from back then. It was a time when we used to go to the nearby warehouse. Sadly, things have changed so much now. The food is like everywhere else, and the prices... too. It's a real shame. Perhaps it's time to give up some of those old pleasures.
31/01/2026: Not bad, but not amazing. I ordered a fairly small kebab. The ratio of Algerian to white sauce was off, making it incredibly strong, but most importantly, there was absolutely no salad, which is the whole point of a kebab. It used to be good, now it's expensive.

30/03/2026: Exceptional pastries and macarons. The staff is very friendly, even during peak hours. The Black Forest cake is divine; I loved the raspberry version. The macarons were a little fresh, but delicious, and choosing them with the staff was a real pleasure!
08/03/2026: We took a pastry class with Chef Pierre. It was a wonderful time making a raspberry and passion fruit cream and a Black Forest cake. The atmosphere was filled with sharing, generosity, and a very warm welcome. I highly recommend it. Thank you for the experience!
