The upstairs is incredibly spacious, we weren't expecting that!

A decent place for a quick stop, but it does suffer from a few minor flaws. The location is convenient with easy parking and charging stations nearby, and both the interior and the terrace are quite pleasant for families. However, service in the kitchen or at the drive-thru can be rather slow during peak hours, sometimes resulting in items being left in bags or lukewarm food being served. It's a shame, because the staff is generally polite, but a greater effort in ensuring consistent speed and accuracy of orders would be appreciated.

I went there twice and both times it was dirty and the employees were arguing in front of customers. The sandwiches were good but poorly assembled, which meant my 280 was completely spread out over several layers.

I went to this McDonald's yesterday with my boyfriend, and unfortunately, nothing went right.
After ordering a Chicago, we were told they were out of sauce. Okay, that can happen, no big deal. But they were also missing the onions and pickles, without us being told.
We also ordered a Croque McDo, which simply didn't have any ham in it…
We called McDonald's around 11:13 PM to report the problem. They told us they would call us back, but we never heard from them.
In the end, we paid for items that weren't what we ordered, without any solution being offered. That's really not very customer-friendly…

I hadn't been to McDonald's in years, and I went there for lunch today with some apprehension given the reviews. The welcome was very good, the service was quick, the food was hot, and the order was correct. Everything was perfect.

The service was very slow despite the hotel being empty, but everything else was perfect: the air conditioning was set to the perfect temperature, and the atmosphere was calm.
