This McDonald's deserves a Michelin star. They gave me a free French fry sauce without any haggling; the staff should get a raise. On the downside, I found a potato in my fries, and since I'm allergic to potatoes, it triggered a severe attack that landed me in the hospital for three days. But I'm better now, thanks to the manager who sent me a letter of apology.

We had to eat outside because the tables inside were dirty. The manager should hire another person to clean the tables, at least after the rudeness of some people.

Incredible service provided by Lilou under the supervision of manager Amandine! Delicious hot meals, just the way we like them, and the coconut caramel McFlurry and strawberry milkshake were so refreshing in this heat. I 100% recommend McDonald's Arçonnay 👌

We were with a group of 65 middle school students on a school trip. Everything was ready when we arrived, so we were able to start serving the students quickly. A space had been reserved for us in the restaurant. We had received menu suggestions a few weeks prior and placed our order a few days before coming; everything went very smoothly.

We came for lunch today with a group of middle school students (72 people in total) and everything was great. We had a reserved area, part of the menu was already prepared for us, and we received a very warm welcome. We highly recommend it.

04/09/2026: A remarkable restaurant, known for its warm welcome and kindness. The staff is very friendly. A very clean restaurant that should serve as an example for some Flunch restaurants elsewhere in France. Highly recommended.
24/08/2026: We started with a power outage. There was a wait for hot meals, but it was quickly resolved. However, the cleaning lady was very rushed. While I was using crutches, she took my trolley to put it away. Then I found her again in the restrooms, continuing to clean both sinks while I was just washing my hands. She did the same thing with the accessible toilet and made it clear I had to dry my hands somewhere else. Luckily, the gentleman at the register was very courteous.
