07/08/2026: Hi, I came last night. The drive-thru was full, so I placed a takeout order. It was 8:39 PM, and I was served at 9:42 PM... At one point, they told the drive-thru customers there would be a wait, but not the takeout customers. So I told her I'd been waiting for my order for over 30 minutes! She replied, "Yeah, well, I know... and yours is Chinese sauce, lol." No, I wasn't offered any sauce, but couldn't you do something about the wait? No, she said, and then she just threw loads of sauce in the bag!! I'm not the only one who waited more than 20 minutes, maybe even longer. They were running late with everything; they're supposed to be fast food!!

14/08/2026: I've been to this establishment many times, but now, dear customers, beware!

First of all, if you come here to relax and enjoy yourself... forget about the owners' children who cause a circus on the servers' trays, pushing customers to get their food, shouting, and showing no respect or rules.
Then, you look at the flies under the cloches, and up close you can even see their droppings...😱😱😱
So you lift the fish cloches... and there, a smell... enough to make you swoon... you smell it and oh my god... the frozen shrimp are no longer fit for eating...😱😱😱😱😱 You call the waiter, who calls the cook, and then three or four people arrive to smell and immediately remove the tray...
So, at the price we pay, on the eve of the busy holiday weekend, we would expect a minimum of hygiene, respect for the cold chain, and above all, respect for the customer. Inform yourself without making a fuss... and don't take it lightly or get a smirk from the waiter...
Now, if you're okay with risking food poisoning, diarrhea, or worse... keep going to the Chinese restaurant at E. Leclerc... WOK TCHEN

We were disappointed. The food was reheated, there was little choice, and the hygiene was questionable. I understand why it's so quiet 😂

08/08/2026: Inexpensive for the quality of some products.
The steaks are good, but it's a shame they're frozen before cooking, which means they're never cooked properly.

Notre repas de midi fut bon, mais rendu encore meilleur par la présence d’une employée qui rayonnait de politesse et de gentillesse. Elle a maintenu les tables et le sol propre pendant l’heure de pointe et était un bonheur pour tout les clients présents, nous avons même pu entendre d’autres clients échanger sur sa gentillesse en sortant.
20/06/2024: Plus que déçus. Nous étions pourtant les seuls clients à se faire servir, nous avons attendu un temps infini aussi je me suis rendu à la caisse, là on me répond que le serveur va venir. De longues minutes passent et une jeune fille se présente à notre table avec un plateau qui n'était pas le nôtre. Il y avait 3 tables d'occupées et cette fille a tourné un quart d'heure avec ce plateau qui n'appartenait à personne. Notre plateau est enfin arrivé mais bien sûr les frites étaient froides, le muffin qui était normalement absent était sur le plateau mais immangeable car il sortait du congélateur et le coca demandé était du coca cherry.
Il fallait voir la nonchalance du personnel (sauf un garçon brun à lunette qui essayait de faire bouger les choses mais personne ne bougeait pour l'aider).
Mais que fait et où était le manager (j'espère qu'il n'est pas à l'image de son personnel). Si ce fast food ferme vous comprendrez pourquoi !!!!!!!!!!!
Ce fut une expérience décevante, abominable, épouvantable.
