Incredible atmosphere, the waiter is the best I've ever met, the food is worthy of a gourmet restaurant, and the decor is equally impressive. I thank the entire team at the Plérin McDonald's for their warm welcome and incredible professionalism.

The staff is very friendly. But the manager, Leyna, is a truly wonderful person. Everything is very, very, very, very good. The New York wraps are magnificent with the Deluxe. Thank you so much for everything, Leyna ;) P&V N

The manager is very unpleasant and prefers to joke around with her colleagues instead of taking care of us. Aside from that, the food is on par with McDonald's, which is to say, not great.

The restaurant was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was hot and well-cooked. The service was quick. I was pleasantly surprised compared to other McDonald's restaurants I've been to. A big thank you to the team at this restaurant.

09/08/2026: A fantastic team, exemplary friendliness, very generous meals – a place you absolutely must visit.
07/08/2026: I wasn't familiar with this franchise, and I found it very bold to open a location opposite such a giant… The O'Berlin is an original and excellent sandwich! It was overflowing with delicious ingredients, and even though I have a big appetite, I struggled to finish my meal. The potatoes were also great, and above all, the price was much lower than across the street: for twice the price there, I'm still hungry! The staff was fantastic, and the restaurant was very clean. Please, please, please, please, please open a location in Pontarlier… Best of luck!
