McDonald's sur Nantes

For a Sunday evening meal it is fine. Then a lot is closed.

I passed during the night at 4:30 a.m. the order was taken very quickly hot sandwich despite the hour service from the manager Aurelien very pleasant after chatting a little with him 😁

A decent snack restaurant located near the Carrefour de la Beaujoire, which is b. practical. Best wishes. J-P

40 minute wait after ordering. No paper towels. Only 3 screens that work to place orders. VERY POOR ORGANIZATION

We had to ask for our menus again because almost everything was cold, the hygiene is clean but could not be improved. We waited more than 20 minutes with children before being served. A big lack of staff. Those who take care of the fries also came to serve the trays like those who take care of the trash.

Friendly and polite staff. But I removed two stars because my order was not complete yet.

Because I've read a lot of negative reviews, it's easier to say that it's not okay in comments than to say it to your face. However, I also advocate the positive. Point number 1: The team is helpful, attentive Point number 2: I have never eaten on a dirty table Point number 3: you can call this McDonald's directly after leaving it if you have forgotten something, they will not hesitate to put it aside or look for it for you. In my case, a teammate or manager recovered a valuable object that I accidentally put in a trash can. It saved me and I thank it because it's not pleasant to put your hands in a trash can for a stranger who has made a mess. This team welcomed me without judgment to return the object to me. I recommend because they may be located in a difficult location that does not attract the classiest population but they do their best to satisfy the customer.

I recently ate at McDonald's de la Beaujoire. The service was good and the staff welcoming. However, half of my dishes were no longer very hot.
