We went there around 3 pm, and the staff were completely asleep. They were all completely drained. Like zombies! I hope they get breaks! Blink three times if they don't.

Very good service, but beware ⚠️ ⚠️ there's a young woman who demands money from customers and she's really unfriendly; she scared my children.

Nothing to report except for the deplorable state of the toilets.

I'm only giving it 3 stars because the toilets are very dirty. It's a shame.

The caramel Daim ice cream could have been better made by the little blonde girl…

A hectic day in Lille, alone with my two children, aged seven years and four months. Needing to eat on the go, I decided to deviate from my principles and push open the door of this McDonald's, much to my daughter's delight. We arrived around noon, just before the peak crowd. We were greeted at the entrance to take our order. We were served immediately after walking through the door. An employee informed us of the presence of an elevator and offered to take our tray upstairs while we took the elevator with the stroller. I asked if there was a changing table. I was told it was out of service, but they offered me the disabled toilet to change my baby. Thank you very much for this warm welcome.
