Feeding hungry children after a visit to the Louvre is quick and inexpensive.

The KIOSK asked for a waiting number that didn't even exist, so I successfully placed an order with a random number in 5 minutes, like deciphering a code.

The service was extremely slow. I waited 45 minutes while typing my order in there because I simply ordered a Big Mac meal! I explained the situation to a woman upstairs regarding my order. She took my ticket and tried to communicate downstairs via headset, as she had many trays to serve all by herself! She apologized for the wait because no one was answering her phone. So I told her, "It's not your fault, Madam, it's the manager's fault for giving you miserable and poorly organized tasks." Unfortunately, I ended up going downstairs to check on my order, and luckily the gentleman there took my ticket and reordered it. And to top it all off, the woman gave me a free Oreo ice cream. Thank you so much for your professionalism; you're really great, and sorry if I came across as tense. It deserves 1 star on its own, but thanks to the professionalism of the hostess and the crew member downstairs, it deserves 3 stars. Anyway, good luck! 🩷

I don't know what to say 😮 I don't want to be too harsh, but at the same time, it's the truth… McDonald's is very crowded, way too busy. I understand because I know where it is, but in the end, the food is cold 🤷🏻‍♂️ Unfortunately, the staff can't do anything about it; it's management that's at fault 🤨. They need to manage the customer flow better with a lot more staff, otherwise the barrage of negative reviews will continue… I also understand that you don't have to worry about anything because you'll have customers all the time 😄

Super quick, clean, just what a hungry traveler needed for their young child. Not my type of food, but worked great for my needs. Thank you! Of note: used Google translate on phone to quickly order from computer screen terminal.

The service was fairly quick, but I'm taking off two stars because of the very thin, dark-haired woman who was there on the evening of January 20th. She called out order numbers without saying hello or even goodbye, and she was bitter towards everyone.
