We went through the drive-thru this evening, July 1st, 2026, around 9:30 PM. A young man took our order; he was very pleasant and friendly. The young woman who served us was just as pleasant. Thank you to them both! 😉

Order placed today with Uber Eats delivery. Two sauces for fries were charged at 0.4 euro cents each, but they weren't in the bag delivered, even though it was sealed at the time of delivery.
Not only have the sauces for fries been charged for some time now, but they're also not included in the order! Jackpot for McDonald's!
With a delivery charge of almost €13 for a €20 order, it's unacceptable that we have no way to dispute this and get a refund for what wasn't delivered.
Following your response, I would like to inform you that the order was indeed placed on the McDonald's app (order #6B84), and the invoice received by email was indeed issued by you. Therefore, I don't see how Uber can be held responsible for your errors.

Hello, I'm writing because every time I order extra sauces, I don't receive them!! So it would be great if I could get my sauces one day, lol. I just got my delivery! I ordered fries specifically for the Big Mac sauce, thanks!
