McDonald's sur Beynost

A small parking lot for the people passing through. After finally finding a spot to eat our drive-thru meal, we were surprised to discover that some items were missing: sauce, dessert, and fries. The fries were lukewarm and barely edible. Thankfully, it was a short wait, as it wasn't very pleasant!

We went to McDonald's today, and aside from the lack of air conditioning and the unbearable heat, the service was beyond mediocre. We ordered at 2:06 PM and had to go to the counter twice. We were finally served at almost 3:00 PM. Our tray was mistakenly removed, and I had to go back to the counter. The person there sent me back to my seat in a very haughty manner, telling me they were using the number at the top. I ended up having to go back again to get it because I saw it was ready, but I wasn't served. I later learned they were going to throw away my tray because I didn't have a tray. I find that really unprofessional. Furthermore, when it came time to collect the ice cream, the person sighed. After making me wait for no reason for over 10 minutes, I found this customer experience truly terrible. On the other hand, the person who was in charge of cleaning and clearing the table was excellent; she was very kind to the girl.

We were returning from vacation and, based on the reviews of this restaurant, we were apprehensive. I think the problems have been resolved because everything went smoothly. The order was taken very courteously and the food was quite good. Thank you for the burgers at 1 a.m.

No air conditioning working. The first and second payment terminals were broken, the third only accepted French and card payments weren't possible. They took €20 at the counter but didn't give me any change. I asked them to hand over the two ice creams for the children and my coffee while we waited for the change. This wasn't possible. After eight minutes, I demanded my money back, which I only received after several more minutes of insistence.

A McDonald's like any other. The only slight downside is that the service is very slow compared to others. Otherwise, I have no complaints. I'll be back.

Okay, good play area but parking lot much TOO small.

It was very crowded, so yes, it was "dirty," but if people were more respectful and clean, it wouldn't have been like that. Kudos to the team, who were nice, by the way.
