The staff was very disorganized, very slow, and lost without taking orders. We arrived at 1:40 PM and ate there. (There were three of us.) We left at 3:00 PM. The wait to be served was too long.

There are often order errors during training periods, BUT the team is responsible and always finds solutions. Very polite and clean. The food is well-prepared and meets McDonald's standards. I've been coming here for at least 25 years. It's part of the neighborhood.

Unfortunately, nowadays we order from kiosks. The service, whether in-store or for takeout, is sometimes very slow, to the benefit of Uber Eats orders, which probably take longer to prepare! It's a shame; it used to be better when everyone could order and pay at the counter.
