McDonald's sur Merignac

Quite a long service where you have to be patient and not be in a hurry. I stopped the drive from them because I always forgot my orders. I order at the terminal and collect at the counter to check my order... compare to other Mc do this one is lagging behind...

A classic McDonalds, but with remarkable kindness and courtesy on the part of Ines S. It is rare to meet someone who is so bubbly and who has such a remarkable sense of service.

Long awaited for a take-out order, otherwise great McDonald's!

Currently I am very disappointed with the hygiene, table not cleaned, tray not stored on the tables because no visibility of the trash cans inside, in my opinion there is missing a trash can which could be located on the left side near the terminals. I saw that there was a shortage of staff because it must be a period when they are recruiting and training, it is a shame to feel the tensions at the staff level. The server/server should collect the trays from the customers who remained on the tables so that she does not return empty-handed after serving. The welcome from the team was very good with a smile despite it being a small problem and good luck.

I never imagined one day leaving a comment on a McDonald’s! However, I would like to praise the welcome which was perfect and very attentive for my 3 year old son as well as for me! Clean restaurant with lots of smiles…

Fast and efficient service, preparation quite good. Too bad no one came forward to tell a table of 6 teenagers to turn down the volume a little.

Très bon burger bien présenté et bien chaud comme les frites d'ailleurs. Service rapide au comptoir un peu moins au drive.

C'est un Macdonald agréable de par sa situation près d'une petite ville de 9000 habitants. Il est donc rarement saturé pour manger sur place alors que le Drive est très utilisé. C'est un des rares Macdonald où les 🍟 sont servies bien chaudes. Le restaurant est propre, le personnel accueillant. Il est encore en zone blanche mais la fibre arrive. Quant à la qualité nutritionnelle, faut pas venir dans un Macdonald mais ça dépanne bien.

Personne et pourtant service interminable.. L-acces au Drive est toujours très étroit .tout le monde ne roule pas en clio.mMais cela concerne tous les MDO
