I'm not giving 5 stars for the food, but I wanted to mention Sarane's kindness and friendliness. She's a young woman who knows what customer service is all about. At McCafé, she's patient and understanding. Always smiling. Thank you for this morning coffee!

This is a long-standing McDonald's restaurant, a fixture in the area between terminals 2A and 2C of Roissy CDG airport, next to the connecting corridor to terminals 2B and 2D. Its decor, products, and services have been modernized and brought in line with the other restaurants within the airport, so regular customers won't be disappointed.
The dining area is manageable, but you can usually find a seat mid-morning. The atmosphere is relaxed, perfect for a leisurely late breakfast or afternoon snack. The service and welcome are good. Note that there is no table service for dine-in: you must wait at each counter (for both McDonald's and McCafé), present your receipt, and collect your order yourself. Therefore, it's best to come in a group and plan ahead if you're traveling with luggage or strollers. The counters aren't too high, so they should be accessible to wheelchair users, who can use the card reader at the self-service kiosks. However, they should be accompanied if they wish to order items from the touchscreen. The order screen is readable for visually impaired users, but it's best to have assistance if you are severely visually impaired or blind. Since the restaurant is on a single level, it's accessible for wheelchair users, crutches, strollers, and/or heavy/bulky suitcases. Be aware, though, that it can get crowded, which can make movement difficult! As for restrooms, while they may not be easy to locate inside the restaurant, the nearest ones are in the connecting corridor to Terminals 2B and 2D, accessible by escalator and elevator.
