McDonald's sur Roissy-En-France

I stopped at this McDonald’s at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris, located on Level 1 between Terminals 2A and 2C. It’s a convenient option if you’re at the airport and looking for a quick and familiar meal before or after your flight. The restaurant was fairly busy, but the service was reasonably efficient and the staff were friendly. The seating area was convenient, and the food was prepared quickly. The location is especially useful for travellers who want something familiar and affordable while at the airport, where food options can often be quite expensive. Overall, this McDonald’s provided a decent and convenient airport dining experience. It’s not necessarily a destination restaurant, but it does the job well when you need a quick bite at Charles de Gaulle.

Very friendly service from the staff that served me. I forgot their names but they’re on shift 7:30pm . The guy looks like from Egypt and other is from Africa but both speak French. Very friendly and accommodating.

Extremely slow service The portions of fries were very small It looked dirty Several self-service monitors were out of order Lack of empathy in the service

A McDonald's in an airport...nothing more to say

The staff were great and the McMuffin Meal was really good.

Clean, tasty and a large selection of menu) We liked it 😌

It is confusing that they serve some things in McCafe area and others in other place. So if you buy a doughnut with a bigmac you should be looking for 2 displays

Excellent experience Very friendly staff Fast service

I'm not giving 5 stars for the food, but I wanted to mention Sarane's kindness and friendliness. She's a young woman who knows what customer service is all about. At McCafé, she's patient and understanding. Always smiling. Thank you for this morning coffee!
