The entire evening team provided a very warm welcome and excellent service, and the Mario & Luigi atmosphere was fantastic. I love the idea of the costumes, but have you considered having the whole cast of characters dressed up?

I just went to the drive-thru to get the Mario meal. At the first kiosk, there was Mario. I asked where Luigi was, and the lady went to get him. And I saw Luigi! 😁

I eat at McDonald's quite regularly when I'm traveling and I'm often disappointed... Food served barely lukewarm...etc.
Today we were very pleasantly surprised.
Food served piping hot...burgers beautifully presented and cooked just right.
Very friendly staff with a smile to boot.
The best McDonald's ever...well done to the team!

I wanted to leave a review for Emma, whom I met this evening at the drive-thru. She was truly professional, smiling, and exceptionally kind. Her welcome was warm, even at the drive-thru, and it's always a pleasure to encounter such a friendly and pleasant person. You can tell she takes her work seriously and with a positive attitude. Congratulations to her for her professionalism and thank you for the excellent service!

Nothing to report, it's McDonald's, it's good, it's still as tasty as ever, but the prices have gone up enormously. They're almost at the same price as traditional restaurants. Otherwise, kudos to all the staff

The staff is very competent.
The restaurant (and the restrooms) are very clean.
Unfortunately, the floor (like in many McDonald's restaurants) is very slippery.
The only downside: the drink takes on the taste of the previous drink poured into it.
